We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
Affected functions are Edit product, Viewing Basic info in Risk assessement and Export to Excel. We are working on solutions for this. Sorry for the inconvinience.
We have an ongoing issue with iSafe - Edit product. It will only load and the edit functionality is not accessible.
